5 Year warranty on the fan. 10 year warranty on all other components.

 

 

During the warranty period, the manufacturer will replace. FREE OF CHARGE, any part which proves defective in manufacturing or in material and/or workmanship when the unit is installed under normal conditions, the use is not abusive and it is well maintained. Replacements' parts can be obtained by returning the part to us, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID. 

 

THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO DEFECTIVE PARTS REPLACEMENTS ONLY. LABOR CHARGES and/or DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION. REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED THEREWITH ARE EXCLUDED.

In some houses that employ combustion devices (gas/oil furnace, water boilers, fireplaces, etc... ), a fresh air supply may be required to match the flows of exhaust - only ventilation systems.

Any damage to this unit as a result of muse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, tire, water, floods, repairs by persons other than the manufacture's authorized personnel without the manufacturer written approval, WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions whether express or implied including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for purpose and shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of the manufacturer in respect of the sale of the product, whether in the nature of breach or breach of fundamental term, or of negligence or otherwise.

The warranty is transferable by the original consumer purchaser of the product. Any claims under this warranty must be submitted in writing to the address below.

MBS Return Policy

 

During the first eleven months of operation, MBS guarantees your complete satisfaction, that the unit will remove moisture from the basement. If the unit is not removing the moisture to your satisfaction, the following procedure should be followed: 

 

1. Call the Service Department of the manufacturer listed on the warranty card. 
They will verify that the unit is at the proper setting and working at full capacity, as per factory specifications. 
2. If the results are still not to your satisfaction, a return authorization  number will be issued.
3. Package the undamaged unit in the original carton with the return authorization number and ship it to the return address on the original shipping invoice.
4. A refund for the cost of the unit (minus a 15% restocking fee) will be issued. All other charges (freight, labor, repair and maintenance of building) are excluded from guarantee.
