This unit is an in-wall unit that fits between 2 studs in your basement's wall. Easy to install and to operate. This unit was designed to be compact and simple. Push button computer controls. Sensitive humidity sensor adjusts the unit automatically for you. Cheap to operate and comes with a 5 year warranty on the fan, a 10 year warranty for all other parts. Ultra quiet fan.

When installed in the wall the front panel measures:

Visible Body - 47" height x 16" wide.

Interior Head - 7.75" height x 14" wide x 6.5" depth

Features:

Sensitive Sensor: This apparatus contains a humidity sensor capable of sensing changes in humidity with an accuracy of +/- 2% R.H.; unlike dehumidistats which can be decalibrated and have a reading error of 25% or more.
Push Button Controls and Electronic Board: With Fan Air, you have only two settings to worry about; summer and winter. Those settings are factory set and programmed. The electronic board controls the speed of the fan that is monitored by the sensor's reading and which will dictate when the high speed is needed in order to remove the excess humid air. With this method there are no complicated equipment or gadgetry operations to learn.
Quiet Operating Fan: Inside the Fan Air resides a high quality fan made in a fashion as to surpass its capacity of air extraction and also fabricated to deliver a smooth quiet resonance whether in low speed or high speed capacity. (Fan capacity 230 CFM)
Durability and Simplicity: The system is enclosed in a pre-painted metallic box which is manufactured by high tech precision equipment. It's concept has been designed to simplify service if need be; and for different installation applications.
